Buy, lease or bring your own hardware

There are three ways to get hardware for Hirro. You can buy tags and gateways at a price close to cost, lease them per device per month over 36 months with battery swaps and replacements included, or keep standard BLE tags you already own (iBeacon and Eddystone) at no hardware cost. Every option comes with a Hirro plan for the site.

Can I buy hardware without the software?
Section titled “Can I buy hardware without the software?”No. Tags only work with a Hirro plan, so every hardware order comes with one.
Which tags can I bring?
Section titled “Which tags can I bring?”Hirro reads standard BLE tags that use iBeacon or Eddystone. Other protocols need a one-off integration. Tell us what you have before the demo, and we check it.
Which kits can I order?
Section titled “Which kits can I order?”Most orders are sized per site. Four kits give a starting point, and you change the quantities in the configurator.

How long does delivery take?
Section titled “How long does delivery take?”Starter kits are in stock in Belgium and ship within 2 weeks. Other kits and custom orders ship in 5 to 6 weeks. We confirm the delivery date when we confirm the order.
How do I order?
Section titled “How do I order?”Build a kit in the configurator on the hardware page and send the order. There is no payment online. We confirm the price and delivery by email or phone before anything ships.
