Web dashboard

Last updated:

The web dashboard is where planners and managers work with the inventory. It shows each site on a map with its zones, lists every asset with its zone, stage and last sighting, and flags what needs attention, such as an attachment that has not been heard for two days. Hirro suggests a next step, and you decide whether to act on it.

View Shows
Inventory Every asset with its zone, stage, last sighting and parent
Map Each site with its zones and the assets in them
Movements Which assets moved between zones, sites and vehicles
Tags Each tag, the asset it is linked to, and its battery

Hirro flags assets that need someone’s attention, for example:

  • An asset that has not been heard for a set time.
  • An attachment that left with a vehicle and did not come back with it.
  • An asset that has waited in one stage longer than usual.

For each flag, Hirro suggests a next step, such as asking a site to check for a missing breaker before its next booking. The recommendation shows the events it is based on. You send it, edit it or set it aside. Nothing is sent without someone’s approval.

Yes. Type a question such as “Which attachments are on site?” and Hirro answers from the live inventory. The same questions work from ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot through the MCP server.
